Hajjah Nur Arina Azreen Binti Haji Abdul Basher ("Nur Arina"), an esteemed Malaysian professional, holds a majority stake of 52.41% in the ordinary shares of the Company. She is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Precious Amber. Her distinguished career is underscored by a robust portfolio encompassing financial planning, investment analysis, and business development, establishing her as an eminent figure within her field.

Underpinned by a Certificate in Accounting and a string of esteemed Financial Accolades, Nur Arina's legacy is defined by over a decade of proficiency in architecting astute Investment Strategies and curating bespoke financial frameworks for both corporate entities and individuals. Her unwavering dedication to excellence was evidenced by her triumphant completion of the revered Oxford Entrepreneurship - Venture Finance Program in March 2020, a milestone achieved through Said Business School at the University of Oxford, UK. Moreover, her quest for knowledge extended to her participation in the corporate finance and strategy program at the prestigious London School of Economics in 2022.
